Integration

Automate Google review requests from any tool, via Zapier

Two ways to connect, both working today

The ScoreJack app for Zapier is built and running. It is in early access while it clears Zapier's directory review, which means you cannot find it by searching Zapier yet — email us and we will send you the link. One trigger, one action, done.

Or connect by webhook right now, with no invitation needed. Your tool's trigger fires a Webhooks by Zapier action that POSTs to ScoreJack, and the review request goes out. That is a two-step Zap, which Zapier's free plan covers.

Moving from the webhook to the native app later takes about two minutes: same trigger, one fewer moving part.

Why this is the integration that runs itself

The pattern is simple: a trigger fires in your tool when a job, order, or appointment completes. ScoreJack receives the customer's name and phone number. The WhatsApp review sequence starts — first ask at two hours, gentle nudge at two days, final ask at a week, then silence forever. It stops instantly on any reply, click, or opt-out.

You set the Zap up once. After that, every completed job in your system triggers a review request without a human touching anything. That is the whole point: the review ask happens whether someone remembers it or not.

Example Zapier workflows

Here are the common triggers that fire review requests. Every one works today, by webhook or through the early-access app.

Jobber — When a job is marked complete, send a review request to the customer. Housecall Pro — When a job status changes to "done", send a review request. WooCommerce — When an order status changes to "completed", send a review request. (Or use our free plugin, which does this without Zapier.) Stripe — When a payment succeeds, send a review request to the customer. Cal.com / Calendly — When a booking ends, send a review request. Google Sheets — When a new row is added (manual workflow), send a review request.

If your tool is not on this list but can trigger a Zap, it works. The only thing ScoreJack needs is a name and a phone number.

How to set it up today (webhook method)

  1. Create a ScoreJack account and copy your API key from Settings, then API.
  2. In Zapier, create a new Zap with your tool's trigger (for example, "New Completed Job in Jobber").
  3. Add a Webhooks by Zapier action — method POST, URL https://scorejack.com/v1/customers, header X-Api-Key: YOUR_API_KEY, body JSON: {"name": "Customer Name", "phone": "6591234567"}. The phone number needs its country code and no leading zero — ScoreJack will reject anything it cannot actually reach on WhatsApp rather than fail silently later.
  4. Turn the Zap on. Test it once with a real record.

That is the whole setup. Every time the trigger fires, ScoreJack starts the WhatsApp review sequence automatically.

What it costs

ScoreJack starts at $49/month (Starter, 60 review requests). Growth ($149, 300 requests) suits a business running automated triggers at volume — though webhook, Zapier and API access are in every plan, including Starter. Pro ($349) covers high-volume operators with up to 2,000 requests. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Cancel anytime, no contract.

Zapier's own pricing is separate. Their free plan covers 100 tasks a month and two-step Zaps, which is exactly what this needs — so you can run it without paying Zapier anything.
