  • Account information: email address, password (hashed), and business details you provide.
  • Customer data: names and phone numbers of customers you add to request reviews.
  • Message data: the content and timing of WhatsApp review requests sent through ScoreJack.
  • Google listing data: your Google Business Profile URL, Place ID, and public rating/review counts.
  • Usage data: anonymized analytics via PostHog and Umami, only with your consent.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide and maintain the ScoreJack service.
  • To send transactional emails such as welcome, trial, and billing notices.
  • To monitor service health and improve the product.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate ScoreJack:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Railway — application hosting.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • PostHog / Umami — product analytics (consent-based).

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, hashed passwords, service-role access controls, and row-level security. However, no online service is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are only set if you consent via the cookie banner.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or the ScoreJack dashboard.
