Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ScoreJack, operated by Mahtani Pte Ltd ("ScoreJack", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What ScoreJack does

ScoreJack is a tool that helps service businesses request Google reviews from their customers via WhatsApp. You are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable laws, WhatsApp Terms of Service, and your own customer relationships.

2. Customer consent and no spam

You may only use ScoreJack to message customers who have a genuine business relationship with you and who would reasonably expect follow-up communication. Every message includes an opt-out mechanism. You must honor opt-outs immediately.

3. Subscription and billing

ScoreJack is offered on a subscription basis. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you must maintain a valid subscription to keep review requests active. Billing is handled by Stripe; you can manage or cancel your subscription from the ScoreJack billing portal at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ScoreJack to send deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful messages, or to harvest contact information without permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Data and ownership

You retain ownership of your customer data and reviews. We act as a processor, hosting your data with Supabase and Railway, and sending messages through your own WhatsApp connection. We do not sell your data.

6. Limitation of liability

ScoreJack is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for WhatsApp bans, Google review removals, or third-party platform changes.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
